Introduction

Button Cells Machine---Small Coating machine,Small Calendaring machine, Disc punching machine, Crimping machine for Lab cells line. which  is compact Hot Rolling Cylinder Press with max. working temperature of 100oC, which is designed for preparing battery electrode for both inside or outside glove-box.  High torgue DC moter is Ar gas compatible.   It serves well in the application such as increasing active material density of the electrode in Li-ion batteries research after coating. It has a pair of 100mm width steel rollers with a heating capacity of 200°C max.

Maintenance notice

1.clean surface of the two rollers with soft cloth for each using

2. Gear moving parts lubrication, keep moving smoothly

3. Disable air purge, to prevent dust from entering the bearing effect using precision

4. If no use for long time, clean the roller surface and the surface should be coated with anti-rust oil to prevent erosion.

5.regularly checking each parts, such as screw, nut, pin and other fasteners for inspection，avoid losing even making accident.

6. Adjust the roller gap, balance adjust small hand wheel of both sides so as to avoid damage to other parts, after adjustment, unload diallage, in order to avoid of bad injury caused by false touch
